CANINE COUNTRY CLUB has been in business for 14 years. Owner Kim Buchen, started breeding Siberian Huskies, which lead to grooming in their four-car garage. Several years later, a small section was added to board pets. This filled quickly and a new addition, just completed in August, was added.
"Going from traditional boarding to Suites and Condos has been great!!" says Kim. By keeping their original boarding area as is, and adding the new - they can now accommodate pet owners of all ranges. At least 1/3 of their clients upgrade to the Suites and Condos (which includes added amenities). Others, whose budget would not permit upgrading, stay in the original facility.
By keeping their logo D.O.G. (Depend On God), they love not only keeping all the pets they do, but also taking time to encourage pet owners, as well.
"Being in the dog business is a huge responsibility, but it comes with great rewards!! So if you are dreaming of having a business with dogs/cats, etc., whether it is boarding, grooming, training, daycare - the list goes on - DREAM BIG! And remember D.O.G (Depend On God)," says Kim Buchen
